Payout and Prizes

  • All eligible winners with a perfect bracket (or maximum of 192 points) will share the prize pool of 10 BTC (*Perfect Bracket Prize)
  • The “Perfect Bracket Prize” will only be applicable to select brackets, predetermined by Bitcoinbetting for specific events and bracket contests.
  • As of March 2022, the “Perfect Bracket Prize” will be up for grabs for these bracket contests; – 10 BTC March Madness Bitcoin Brackets [FREEROLL] and – 125 mBTC GTD March Madness Brackets [EXCLUSIVE FREEROLL]
  • In case the “Perfect Bracket Prize” for an event is won by a player or number of players, all secondary prizes (leaderboard/rankings) will be voided and will not be awarded.
  • The usual Bitcoin Brackets payout will be applied (via the Leaderboard) sans the winner of the jackpot prize.

Qualifying Requirements

  • This Bitcoin Brackets contest is open to all players but only depositing and active players in the Nitrobetting sportsbook will be eligible to win the prizes.
  • Depositing Players is defined as players who have made a deposit in the Nitrobetting platform of at least 0.02 BTC (accumulated) before March 17, 2022 11:59 PM US Eastern Time.
  • Active Players is defined as players who have made a bet in the Nitrobetting sportsbook platform of at least 0.02 BTC (accumulated) before March 17, 2022 11:59 PM US Eastern Time.

Other Rules for 2022 March Madness Bitcoin Brackets

    • Brackets will open before the First Four play-in match is decided. If a player selected a play-in matchup instead of a specific team, that player automatically is assigned with the winner of that matchup as his selection for the first round of the tournament.

Each Bitcoin Brackets contest’s open date/time is subject to change. All brackets will only open at least 4 hours after the official opening bracket field has been determined.

  • Each Bitcoin Brackets contest’s close date/time is subject to change. Nitrobetting reserves the right to extend the deadline. The extension range will not go beyond after the first game of the tournament has been decided.
  • *My Combined Score is the players’ prediction of the final score of the last game of a given Bitcoin Brackets contest tournament. This figure will be used as the first tiebreaker in the case of ties in the leaderboard. The closest prediction to the actual combined score will get the higher ranking on the leaderboard. In case a player fails to place a prediction the default score prediction for the player would be zero (0). Read more about our Tiebreak Rules.
