*Brackets open date/time. All NBA Playoffs match-up are expected to be set May 16, final day of the regular season. The Bitcoin Brackets will open anytime the 1st to 6th seeds are set.

To give more time to our users in joining the contests and submitting the betslips early, users will be able to make picks even as the “Play-in” slots (the 7th and 8th seeds of each conference) are not yet decided.

If a user selects a play-in winner spot, that player is choosing whichever team will advance to the playoffs and will lockdown that particular playoff seed. Initial bracket team names will show “Conference-Seed” rather than team name for the affected playoff slots. This will be replaced by the actual team name after the Play-in tournament is over.

The current teams in the Play-in tournament are:

West – Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors, Memphis Grizzlies, San Antonio Spurs

East – Boston Celtics, Charlotte Hornets, Indiana Pacers, Washington Wizards

*Brackets close date/time are subject to change. Nitrobetting reserves the right to extend the deadline but not after the first game of the postseason is decided. Players will have a chance to make or change their picks before and after the Play-in tournament and before the set deadline.

*Betslip Restrictions: Only valid betslips will be accepted as valid entries to the bracket contest. If a player submits an invalid betslip– not following the betslip restrictions stated– the entry will be voided and the player will not be allowed to win any prizes from the contest.

*My Combined Score is the players’ prediction of the final score of the last game of the 2021 NBA Playoffs (or final game of the 2021 NBA Finals). This will be used to determine the first tiebreaker.The closest prediction to the actual combined score will get the higher ranking in the leaderboard. In case a player fails to place a prediction the default score prediction for the player would be zero (0). Read more about our Tiebreak Rules.
